Swapnil Marda is the President of LEW Environmental, a leading environmental services company specializing in compliance, remediation, industrial cleaning, and waste management for complex industrial and infrastructure clients. With over 22 years of experience as an operations executive and P&L leader, he brings deep expertise in large scale, multi-site, and global organizations across regulated environments. Mr. Marda drives operational transformation, capital efficiency, and high performing teams while improving safety, service, and financial metrics. He has led national operations with full P&L ownership of a $150 million business within a$1.2 billion enterprise, delivered over $30 million in EBITDA impact through enterprise-wide efficiency initiatives, and established benchmark performance in transportation, supply chain, and fleet management with over $200 million in annual spend.

Background
Before joining LEW Environmental, Swapnil Marda was Vice President of Operations Excellence, Transformation and Supply Chain at Veolia North America. In that role, he improved safety, reduced attrition, increased profitability, and expanded waste volume without headcount growth. He also served as Director of Performance at Veolia, where he delivered $40 million in topline and $4 million in bottom line improvements, secured six multiyear water O&M contracts worth $220 million, and turned around a loss-making incinerator plant in Texas for $23 million in EBITDA over two years. He co led a strategic transformation initiative with McKinsey & Company delivering $10 million in recurring annual savings and contributed operational design and cost to serve analytics to secure multimillion dollar contracts across water, waste, and energy. His broader leadership spans utilities, water and wastewater, waste management, manufacturing, energy, renewables, transportation, and industrial services. He has scaled businesses organically and through acquisition, integrating new operations, redesigning organizational structures, and launching digital and AI driven operational models.
