No Cost to Municipalities

There is no fee to the municipality to utilize our lead safe platform. We provide towns a free strategic partnership as their preferred lead inspector vendor. We collect the inspection fees directly from property owners. Our inspection fees are set rate for the entire municipality.

Compliance Solutions

The new law imposes an obligation on municipalities to perform or hire a certified lead evaluation contractor to perform inspections of the targeted units. Our strategic partnerships satisfy this requirement, and we track the data so you’re always on top of your town’s compliance.

The New Jersey Department of Community Affairs has announced the launch of their new, mandatory Municipal Lead Reporting Portal. The new portal places a responsibility on municipalities to maintain and upload the results of periodic inspections of lead-based paint hazards in rental properties.
