We are seeking a strategic, growth minded executive to own and accelerate our impact in a designated market area surrounding Mine Hill, NJ. As the Market Area Vice President, you will have full P&L responsibility and the autonomy to shape strategy, drive operations, and lead a talented team. You will do all of this while advancing our mission to deliver technology forward environmental solutions.

What You Will Do:

  • Drive Growth and Strategy: Develop and execute the regional business plan, identify new opportunities, and expand LEW’s presence through partnerships, client engagement, and industry leadership.
  • Lead with Impact: Oversee environmental service delivery, from inspections and remediation to training and compliance, ensuring excellence, innovation, and regulatory adherence.
  • Own the Bottom Line: Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance, balancing growth with profitability and operational efficiency.

Who You Are:

  • A seasoned leader with 10+ years in environmental services, consulting, or a related field, with a track record in business development, operational leadership, and P&L management.
  • Strategically minded and financially savvy, with a strong understanding of environmental regulations and risk management.
  • A motivator of teams and a builder of relationships, capable of representing LEW with credibility and vision.
  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline. A Master’s degree is preferred.

Sales Development Associate

Department:         Sales

Reports To:            VP of Sales & Marketing

FLSA Status:         Non-Exempt

Territory Focus:   New York City Metropolitan Area

Salary Info:            $45,000 to $70,000 (Base+ Commission)

Position Summary

The Sales Development Associate (SDA) is a key contributor to the company’s revenue growth strategy, responsible for generating and qualifying new business opportunities through proactive outbound prospecting. This role serves as the front end of the sales pipeline, engaging decision-makers, identifying client needs, and converting early-stage interest into qualified meetings for the Account Executive team.

This position will focus specifically on New York City–based outreach, supporting pipeline development across Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, and surrounding metro areas. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, persistence, attention to detail, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, highly competitive urban market.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting efforts targeting New York City–based organizations, including cold calling, personalized email outreach, and LinkedIn engagement.
  • Conduct 50–100+ outbound calls per day while maintaining professional, value-driven conversations aligned with company messaging.
  • Research and identify prospective NYC accounts by industry, company size, geography, and decision-maker role.
  • Engage prospects in consultative discovery conversations to uncover pain points, business needs, budget considerations, and decision-making processes.
  • Qualify leads using established criteria and determine readiness for advancement to the Account Executive team.
  • Schedule qualified discovery calls, meetings, and product demonstrations, ensuring accurate and thorough handoff to Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed records of all outreach activities, prospect interactions, and lead status within the company CRM.
  • Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs related to call volume, outreach activity, qualified meetings, and pipeline contribution.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Leadership, Account Executives, and Marketing to refine NYC-specific messaging, target lists, and outreach strategies.
  • Provide ongoing feedback on prospect objections, market trends, and competitive insights specific to the New York City market.

Qualifications

  • 0–2 years of experience in sales development, inside sales, business development, telemarketing, or customer acquisition preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to succeed in a high-volume, outbound prospecting environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a confident, professional phone presence.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently while contributing to a team-oriented sales culture.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and productivity tools (Microsoft Office or Google Workspace).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • Familiarity with the New York City business environment and comfort engaging with fast-paced, high-expectation buyers preferred.

Performance Expectations

  • Complete 50–100 outbound calls per day, supported by strategic email and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly targets for qualified NYC-based leads and meetings booked.
  • Maintain a clean, accurate, and up-to-date CRM pipeline with complete activity documentation.
  • Demonstrate continuous improvement in outreach effectiveness, conversion rates, and territory performance.

Working Conditions

  • Standard office or remote work environment, subject to company policy.
  • Frequent phone and computer use required.
  • May require occasional evening outreach to accommodate prospect availability within the NYC market.

Carpenter / Remediation Technician Associate

Department:         Remediation

Salary Info:            $24 to $26 Hourly

Position Summary

LEW Environmental Services, a respected environmental company based in Mine Hill, NJ (Northern New Jersey), is seeking an experienced Carpenter / Remediation Technician to join our team. This position is ideal for a skilled carpenter who can handle framing, sheetrock, finish work, and painting, while also performing environmental remediation tasks such as mold and lead paint removal. Candidates must be located in Northern New Jersey.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Perform carpentry tasks such as framing, sheetrock installation, finish work, and trim/molding.
  • Replace and install windows, doors, and moldings as needed.
  • Complete interior and exterior painting with precision and care.
  • Support environmental remediation tasks including mold and lead paint removal.
  • Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and workmanship on all job sites.
Qualifications/Required Skills
  • Strong carpentry experience (framing, sheetrock, trim, and finish work required).
  • Interior and exterior painting experience.
  • Proficiency with a tape measure, hand tools, and power tools.
  • Reliable work ethic and strong attention to detail.
  • Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.

Customer Service Manager

Position Summary

The Customer Service Manager is a senior-level leader responsible for overseeing and continuously improving customer service operations while serving as a key owner of client relationships. This role leads the customer service team, ensures a consistent and high-quality customer experience, and partners cross-functionally to support business growth, operational efficiency, and customer retention.

This position is ideal for a hands-on, experienced customer service leader with strong people management skills, operational discipline, and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Client Relationship Management

  • Lead daily customer service operations across phone, email, and CRM platforms
  • Act as an escalation point for complex customer issues and high-priority client concerns
  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients to drive satisfaction, retention, and trust
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and professional communication with customers before and after inspections
  • Monitor service quality, response times, and customer feedback to continuously improve the client experience

Call Center & Scheduling Operations

  • Oversee inbound and outbound call activity, including service levels, wait times, and first-call resolution
  • Manage inspection scheduling, confirmations, reschedules, and urgent requests
  • Coordinate closely with inspectors and field teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Ensure accurate data entry and documentation within CRM and scheduling systems

Team Leadership & Development

  • Recruit, train, coach, and manage customer service staff
  • Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular performance reviews
  • Foster a high-accountability, customer-focused team culture
  • Develop and maintain SOPs and training materials to ensure consistency and scalability

Process Improvement & Projects

  • Lead customer service–related projects focused on efficiency, automation, and customer experience enhancements
  • Partner with Operations, IT, Sales, and Marketing on system improvements and workflow optimization
  • Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve service delivery and team performance

Reporting & Leadership Communication

  • Track and report on key customer service metrics and trends
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Ensure customer service goals align with overall business objectives

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Proven customer service management experience with direct people leadership responsibility
  • Strong real-world experience managing customer interactions, escalations, and service teams
  • Experience working with CRM platforms; HubSpot experience strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in inspection-based, regulated, or service-driven industries a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required — relevant experience is more important
