NYCHA/ BERRY – 235 Jefferson St Unit: 05 Staten Island , NY – 996

A couple weeks back we discussed a floor plan that didn’t match for a NYCHA work order. NYCHA wants us to go back and retest the unit and create a new floor plan to make sure everything is correct. This is going to be scheduled for 11/25 and we will need to confirm access with the tenant. I have attached the report for your reference. Danny and I have also discussed to confirm this for Elmwood on 11/25 and the day will be split between Elmwood and Berry.
