Mold Inspection – 102 Legend Dr Unit: 306 Sleepy Hollow, NY – Fred – 1266

Fred, My initial report attached. CO2 was elevated throughout unit. Toll adjusted the HVAC unit to aid in ventilation. We need to confirm that the adjustments have worked. Also, do NOT tell the occupants anything. They are very pushy but we have been directed to not discuss any findings with them. Any questions let me know. The CO2 meter will be dropped off at the office Monday so you can pick it up on your way and drop it back off on your way back. Let me know when you return it so I can inform Pine its ready for pickup.
