Customer Service Lead

Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Lead. As a player/coach you will provide direction to a team of customer service representatives. Additionally, you will provide exceptional service to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring their satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
• Provide guidance and coaching to a team of Customer Service Representatives, delegate and prioritize tasks to the team
• Oversee customer service team to ensure tasks are being done timely and efficiently
• Handle incoming calls and provide accurate information about products and services
• Collaborate with VP of Customer Success on significant customer feedback, trends and team performance
• Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or complaints
• Oversee NJ Lead Law municipal clients, assist with launch and ensure all customers are contacted
Skills and Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service or related field in a lead or supervisory role
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers and customer service representatives
• Strong problem-solving skills to address customer concerns effectively
• Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software, ability to manage online calendar and email inbox
• Fluency in Spanish and English a plus!

Position is “in office” and located in Mine Hill NJ.

Pay range is $55,000- $60,000
