Business Development Manager

Karrie Munoz is the Business Development Manager for LEW Corp., the nation’s leading environmental consulting provider. She drives client success across complete environmental lead services. She is an industry specialist in the areas of lead health hazards, property environmental compliance, risk management, and federal and state regulations. Notably, she brings deep expertise on New York State Local Law 1: Lead Prevention Law. As a true client partner and advocate, she takes a no-nonsense approach to create sensible solutions that meet and get out in front of unforeseen environmental, health, and financial risks. Her client-comes-first mindset allows her to creatively partner with property owners and constructs results-driven solutions.

Prior to becoming the Business Development Manager for Lew Corp., Karrie served as the New York Division Manager and a Remediation Manager for the organization. Here she honed her knowledge and skills on New York environmental laws and regulations. She became well versed in lead-based paint, lead pipes, lead in water, EBL Investigations, NYC Inspections, Risk Assessments, and more.

Karrie Munoz earned her MBA at the Inter-University of Puerto Rico and her BBA at the University of Puerto Rico, where she graduated with Honors. Notably, she is a Motivational Speaker for the Latino Heritage Society of New Jersey and is actively involved in the career development and mentorship of rising Latino students.
